Our reservation and cancellation policy

 
 
RESERVATION:
 
You will be required to deposit 30% of the total reservation in advance by bank transfer.
 
 PAYOUT:

The remaining amount will be effective at the check-in time, in cash or previously by bank transfer.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The reservation deposit will be returned only in case of a cancellation done 30 days before of the date.
 
OTHER POLICIES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT:


The check-in is from 16 hours, and check out until 11 hours.

Animals are not allowed in our accommodations.
 
All children under two years have free accommodation in cribs (Available for customers with notice)
 
Only guests are allowed to be on the villa, garden, gym, pool… Not any other visitors.
 
In no case may exceed the reserved hotel rooms.
